NPL Construction CO.
NPL Construction Co. Has completed a two-story 50,366 SF regional operations center in the West Valley area of greater metro Phoenix. The 10.7 acre site is located in a suburban context near the University of Phoenix Stadium. The facility includes private and open offices, plus all typical support and ancillary spaces. The building also contains a warehouse for materials handling and storage that is cooled through evaporative cooling techniques. In preparation for future growth, the second floor of the facility contains built-out space for expansion needs. Energy efficiency is paramount for the facility, which utilizes a Building Management System, LED technology and an integrated photovoltaic system that offsets 28% of the building’s energy use.
